## 1. Overview & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and membership platform, including its interactive tools, activities, exercises, games, polls, quizzes, chat spaces, community features, written materials, visual materials, and any other content or functionality made available through the site (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, purchasing access to, creating an account for, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is intended to provide a respectful, creative, entertaining, organizational, and self-supportive digital environment.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
## 2. Age Requirement
The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old.
Individuals under 16 may not create an account, purchase a membership, participate in community features, or otherwise use membership portions of the Platform.
If we become aware that an individual under 16 is using the Platform, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate that person's access and take reasonable steps regarding associated information.
Users who are under 18 should exercise particular caution when participating in community features.
Members should not share sensitive personal information in chats or other community spaces, including home addresses, school information, phone numbers, passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, precise real-time location, or other information that could compromise their privacy or safety.
The Platform does not independently verify the identity, age, background, qualifications, intentions, or statements of individual community members. Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when communicating with others online.
## 3. Membership & Access
Certain areas and features of the Platform require an active paid membership.
Membership accounts, login credentials, billing, and certain account functionality are managed through Squarespace and/or applicable third-party service providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Membership access is intended for the individual associated with the account. You may not sell, transfer, share, distribute, or provide your login credentials or membership access to unauthorized persons.
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Platform, including individual activities, tools, features, chat spaces, polls, content, or membership offerings.
The purchase of a membership does not guarantee that any particular activity, tool, feature, chat space, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
## 4. Membership Fees, Renewals & Cancellation
Membership prices and billing frequency are disclosed at the time of purchase.
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, your membership may automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled, as disclosed during checkout.
By purchasing an automatically renewing membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring membership fees in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.
You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method provided through the applicable account or membership system.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund charges already incurred, except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated or required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, renewal-notice, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
## 5. Personal License & Permitted Use
Membership provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Purchasing membership does not transfer ownership of any Platform content, intellectual property, software, activity, design, branding, or other material to you.
You may use Platform activities for their intended personal purposes.
You may save, download where functionality is provided, or screenshot your own personal entries, results, plans, lists, or other outputs for your own personal use.
Except where expressly permitted by us in writing or required by applicable law, you may not redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Platform materials.
## 6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original Platform content is owned by or licensed to the Platform owner/operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include, without limitation:
- Interactive tools and activities;
- Original exercises and activity structures;
- Games, quizzes, and polls;
- Written prompts and instructional content;
- Original text and copy;
- Graphics, illustrations, visual assets, and interfaces;
- Website layouts and original design elements;
- Branding, logos, names, and visual identity;
- Original software, code, scripts, and functionality; and
- Original collections, arrangements, and presentations of Platform content.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display protected Platform content;
- Recreate or substantially duplicate protected activities, tools, or original materials;
- Sell, license, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit Platform content;
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
- Systematically download, capture, archive, or extract Platform content for redistribution;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated systems to extract Platform content or data except where expressly authorized or legally permitted;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive protected source code except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law;
- Package, resell, publish, or distribute protected Platform materials as your own product, service, course, application, website, database, or collection;
- Use protected Platform materials to create an unauthorized commercial or substantially duplicative product or service; or
- Use protected Platform materials for machine-learning or generative artificial-intelligence training, datasets, or similar commercial exploitation without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over ideas, facts, methods, concepts, or other material that cannot legally be protected. These restrictions apply to protectable expression, software, branding, content, designs, and other intellectual property.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of membership and, where appropriate, enforcement of applicable legal rights.
## 7. Community & Chat Rules
The Platform may provide chat rooms and other spaces in which members can communicate.
By participating, you agree to interact respectfully and lawfully.
The following behavior is prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, or personal attacks;
- Hate speech, unlawful discrimination, credible threats, or encouragement of violence;
- Illegal, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful content or activity;
- Inappropriate sexually explicit content;
- Malicious links, malware, scams, phishing, or fraudulent activity;
- Impersonating another person or materially misrepresenting your identity;
- Repeatedly posting identical, substantially similar, irrelevant, or disruptive messages;
- Flooding chats or intentionally interfering with conversations;
- Using bots or automated posting systems without authorization;
- Unsolicited advertising or marketing;
- Excessive self-promotion;
- Affiliate-link spam;
- Promotional solicitation primarily intended to redirect members to another business, platform, product, or service;
- Unauthorized collection of personal information from other members;
- Attempting to obtain passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information from members; or
- Deliberately disrupting the community or interfering with another member's ability to use the Platform.
Genuine conversation, including naturally sharing something you personally enjoy or recommend, is welcome. Repetitive, unsolicited, deceptive, disruptive, or primarily promotional behavior may be treated as spam.
## 8. User-Generated Content & Community Interactions
Chat rooms and other community spaces contain content created by individual users.
Statements, recommendations, opinions, claims, links, advice, and other material posted by members originate from those members and do not necessarily represent the views of the Platform or its operator.
We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, safety, or usefulness of user-generated content.
You may encounter material with which you disagree or find inaccurate, inappropriate, upsetting, or offensive.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with other users and whether to rely upon anything another member communicates.
The Platform is not responsible for disputes, communications, transactions, relationships, meetings, or other interactions between users, whether those interactions occur on the Platform or continue elsewhere, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Do not treat statements made by another user as professional advice merely because they appear on the Platform.
Participation in community features is voluntary.
## 9. Ownership of User-Generated Content
You retain any ownership rights you may have in original content you submit to chat rooms or other community spaces.
By submitting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, and provide the Platform and its community features.
You represent that you have the right to submit the material you post and that doing so does not unlawfully violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Do not submit information or material you do not want other authorized users to see.
## 10. Moderation, Suspension & Termination
Community spaces may not be continuously or proactively monitored.
The availability of moderation or reporting tools does not mean that every message is reviewed before or after publication. We cannot guarantee that inappropriate or objectionable material will always be identified or removed immediately.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated except where required by law, to:
- Review reported content;
- Remove or restrict messages or content;
- Limit posting privileges;
- Temporarily suspend access;
- Permanently terminate membership;
- Restrict access to particular features; or
- Take other reasonable action necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its operation.
We may take such action where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or conduct threatens the safety, integrity, functionality, or intended use of the Platform.
Serious or repeated violations may result in action without prior warning.
Termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not entitle the member to a refund except where required by applicable law.
## 11. Activities, Tools & Self-Support Features
The Platform includes activities and tools that may relate to topics such as organization, productivity, creativity, reflection, journaling, relationships, emotions, wellness, self-exploration, self-support, lifestyle, personal development, entertainment, and similar subjects.
These resources are provided for general informational, organizational, educational, creative, entertainment, reflection, and self-support purposes.
They are not individualized professional services.
Even where an activity addresses emotions, stress, relationships, mental wellness, self-reflection, or another health-related or health-adjacent subject, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or professionally evaluate any medical or mental-health condition.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Activities, prompts, quiz results, suggestions, organizational tools, and other Platform content are general in nature and may not be appropriate for every person or situation.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and for determining whether and how to use information, prompts, activities, or suggestions presented through the Platform.
If you require medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional assistance, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

## 12. Polls, Quizzes & Community Voting
The Platform may provide polls, quizzes, and community voting features for entertainment, reflection, engagement, and general-interest purposes.
Poll results reflect voluntary responses submitted by participating users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Platform polls are informal and are not scientific research, professional surveys, representative opinion polling, or statistically representative samples.
Poll results should not be interpreted as representing the views of all members, any demographic group, or the general public.
Results may be displayed to other users in aggregated form.
Quiz results, classifications, scores, recommendations, or similar outputs are provided for the stated recreational, organizational, reflective, or self-support purpose of the particular activity and should not be interpreted as professional assessments or diagnoses.
We do not guarantee that poll or quiz results are accurate, representative, error-free, or suitable for any particular decision.
## 13. Local Storage & Saving Your Information
Many Platform activities are intentionally designed to store entries and activity information locally within the browser or device you are using rather than transmitting that information to our servers.
Where an activity uses browser-local storage, its information generally remains associated with that particular browser and device.
Locally stored information may be lost, erased, corrupted, reset, or become inaccessible because of circumstances including:
- Clearing browser history, cookies, cache, site data, or local storage;
- Browser privacy or storage settings;
- Private or incognito browsing;
- Switching browsers;
- Switching devices;
- Resetting or replacing a device;
- Browser or operating-system updates;
- Storage limitations;
- Browser extensions or security software;
- Device failure;
- Changes to Platform functionality or code; or
- Other technical circumstances.
We do not guarantee the preservation, availability, recovery, synchronization, or backup of information stored locally on your device.
Because locally stored information may never be transmitted to us, we may have no ability to see, retrieve, restore, recover, or recreate it.
If an activity, entry, result, plan, journal entry, list, creation, or other information is important to you, you are responsible for independently saving it, including through screenshots, exports where available, or another backup method.
You should not use browser-local Platform storage as the sole storage location for information you cannot afford to lose.
## 14. Chat & Poll Data
Unlike activities that operate solely through browser-local storage, chat messages, poll submissions, and related community functionality may be transmitted to and stored through Firebase or other service infrastructure used to provide those features.
Chat content may be visible to other authorized members.
Poll results may be displayed to users in aggregated or summarized form.
You should not submit information to a chat, poll, or community feature that you expect to remain private unless the feature expressly states otherwise.
## 15. Availability, Errors & Technical Limitations
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or browser, or permanently available.
Features may malfunction, change, reset, become temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued.
Internet outages, hosting providers, browsers, devices, third-party services, software updates, maintenance, security events, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
We do not guarantee permanent preservation of chat messages, poll responses, activity information, accounts, or other Platform data.

The Platform relies upon third-party technologies and service providers and may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
Third parties operate independently and may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
We do not control and are not responsible for independent third-party websites, content, services, availability, security, or conduct except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
## 17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided without warranties or guarantees regarding particular outcomes, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for an individual user's circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
## 18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform owner/operator and its contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to access to or use of the Platform.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from interruption of service, loss of locally stored information, reliance upon Platform content, user-generated content, interactions with other users, technical errors, or unauthorized third-party conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

- Your own submissions and communications;
- Protecting your login credentials;
- Maintaining independent copies of information important to you;

Participation in Platform activities and community features is voluntary.

Payments and billing are processed through Squarespace and/or applicable third-party payment processors.
We do not directly store full payment-card credentials.
Payment processors and commerce providers may collect and process information necessary to complete transactions, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable privacy policies and terms.
## 5. Interactive Activities & Browser-Local Storage
Many Platform activities are designed to save entries or preferences locally within your browser or device using technologies such as local storage.
Where an activity operates exclusively through browser-local storage, information entered into that activity is not intentionally transmitted to or stored by us through that activity.
Local activity information generally remains associated with the particular browser and device on which it was created and may not automatically transfer to another browser or device.
We generally cannot view, retrieve, recover, or restore information that exists solely within your browser's local storage.
Clearing browser or site data, using private browsing, changing browsers or devices, software changes, storage limitations, or other technical events may cause locally stored information to be lost.

## 6. Chat & Community Content
The Platform uses Firebase infrastructure to support chat and certain community functionality.
When you submit a chat message or other community content, that information may be transmitted to and stored through Firebase in order to operate the feature.
Chat messages may be visible to other authorized members.
Information you intentionally post in a community area should therefore not be treated as confidential.
Please do not post passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical records, home addresses, precise real-time location, school information, or other highly sensitive information in chat spaces.
We cannot control whether another member screenshots, copies, remembers, shares, or otherwise records information that you voluntarily make visible to them.
## 7. Polls & Public Results
The Platform uses Firebase infrastructure to operate polls and store information necessary to provide poll functionality.
When you participate in a poll, your response may be transmitted to and stored through Firebase.
Poll responses are used to operate the polling feature and calculate or display results.
Poll results may be displayed to members or other users in aggregated or summarized form, such as the number or percentage of responses associated with an option.
We do not sell poll responses or use poll selections to create advertising profiles about individual members.
Unless a poll expressly states otherwise, you should not consider an individual poll submission to be confidential information.
## 8. Information You Voluntarily Provide
We may receive information that you voluntarily submit through features such as:
- Feedback or suggestion forms;
- Contact forms;
- Reports regarding community conduct;

- Chats and community spaces; and

For example, the Platform currently uses Squarespace for website and membership-related functionality and Firebase for chat, poll, and related database functionality.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce Platform rules, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights or safety, or respond to valid governmental or legal requests.

We do not sell member personal information for monetary compensation.
We do not sell chat messages or poll responses.
We do not intentionally use individual chat messages or poll selections to create advertising profiles for sale to third parties.

## 14. Analytics & Online Tracking
Squarespace and other service providers used by the Platform may process information about site visits and interactions for functionality, security, performance, or analytics purposes.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted uniformly across the internet, and the Platform may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals in all circumstances.
Where legally required, we will honor applicable legally recognized privacy-choice mechanisms or provide required controls.
Third-party providers integrated with the Platform may collect technical information through their technologies as described in their respective privacy practices.

Information stored exclusively within your browser's local storage remains under the control of that browser/device and cannot independently be retrieved or deleted by us.
Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, information that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized.
